An Israeli tech company is looking to hire people who are not only tech professionals but also people who have strong ties to the Jewish community.
The Shreve Building office is one of several tech companies in the capital that is hiring to fill the roles of software engineers and product managers.
“The Jewish community has long been known for their talent and for being talented,” said Yair Golan, vice president of operations for the Shreve building.
“In the past, the Jewish talent pool has been limited.
But today, in a city where there are so many people from the Jewish diaspora, we’re really looking to recruit talented Jewish talent.
It’s not about having Jewish engineers and managers.
It just comes down to having a strong connection to the community.”
Golan said that the Shvees office is looking for developers, programmers, data scientists, designers and social media specialists to work on projects for the building.
It has been hiring for about two years and Golan said the company is trying to recruit as many as it can.
The hiring process is a bit more difficult than it sounds.
It is not just about who has the skills.
It comes down, in part, to how they are perceived.
“There are no guarantees that someone will be a good fit for this job,” Golan told The Jerusalem Report.
“In a lot of ways, it’s like an audition,” he added.
“We need to see if someone is someone that is interested in being in the Shrek building and who wants to come to Israel and work here.”
The company is offering job fairs where people can apply for the positions.
Those who are accepted for the position will receive a stipend of about $600 a month.
The salaries for the tech jobs are higher than other jobs, but they are comparable to other tech jobs in Israel, according to the website.
There are currently about 150 Israeli tech jobs.
One of the jobs offered by Shreve is a project management position.
The company says that it is looking specifically for software engineers who have been working on projects and projects for several years.
The company will also be looking for project managers who are passionate about building and managing software.
Golan says that they are trying to hire as many people as they can and that the hiring process takes a couple of weeks.
The first week of the hiring season, the company will interview the candidates for the jobs.
They will also get the opportunity to get feedback on their projects.
Golan said that while the company has had some success in hiring Jewish applicants, the hiring of non-Jews is a different story.
“This is something that is not possible because it’s not a national policy.
The government doesn’t have a position on it,” he said.
“But for the first time, we’ve seen a Jewish tech startup, which has the potential to be a very successful venture, come to our country.
I can say with confidence that we will make it work.”
The Shveres office has been open for more than 10 years and the company currently employs about 30 people.
Golan says they have about 20 to 25 engineers who are already working in the building on projects.
One thing the company wants to keep in mind is that the jobs are temporary.
Golas said that they don’t want to lose any of their talented employees.
“The main thing is to not let them leave.
If they are interested in coming here, it will be the most rewarding experience,” he explained.
“They can be happy here and they can learn Hebrew.
We want to make it the most productive environment.”
