Posted October 01, 2018 09:21:25The Washington Times is reporting that the average cost of building a new office building in the United States is about $250 million.
That’s about $2,700 per square foot of office space, which is far below the $2.4 million per square-foot cost of the average office building constructed in 2010.
But the paper says the cost of constructing an office building is actually much higher.
The average cost for a new, office building for the first five years of its life is about 20 percent higher than the average of $1.6 million per year.
The paper’s data comes from the Federal Trade Commission’s Building and Construction Study.
The study, published in the March issue of the Journal of Business Research, looked at building and building maintenance costs, and found that in the years 2005-2013, the average building maintenance cost increased by 13 percent.
The cost of a new building is a big driver of inflation in the U.S. The median cost of construction is $1,200 per square meter, which means the median home price in the country increased by $10,000 between 2005 and 2013.
The average price of a house in the nation has increased by more than 10 percent since the late 1990s.
In Washington, a new home is typically priced between $1 million and $2 million, while a second home costs about $400,000.
In New York City, a home costs $1-2 million and a second house is $750,000, according to the Journal.
The Journal’s analysis shows that the median cost for building an office space is almost $1 per square inch.
The cost of living in Washington is higher than that, but not by as much.
The price of construction in Washington was $2 per square square foot in 2015.
In San Francisco, the cost was $1 an square foot.
The price of housing in San Francisco was $3.8 million per capita, according the most recent census figures.
